Information Collected
The information collected by Deskscape generally falls into the following two categories: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information is data that informs of the specifics of the users of our applications. Information thus collected may include name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, employer, user I.D. number, login name and password.

The main goals in collecting information are to provide Customers with superior service and to provide all visitors with a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience while using our business applications. Deskscape uses Non-Personally Identifiable Information on an aggregate basis to analyze Customer behavior plus helping us understand how visitors use our applications.
How We Use the Information
Information is gathered and used in a number of ways, including in part:
- Surfing : Certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information is collected when our Site is visited. This information is collected to help improve efficiency and to monitor the level of activity both on the site and within each application that is accessed.
- Registration on Deskscape Applications : Personally Identifiable Information is collected when a user registers online to access the reporting and/or operational systems. This information is kept for future reference to help facilitate the Deskscape Help Desk inquiry and to provide automatic notification.
- Help Desk Support : We may collect certain information when a user requests technical support. This information is necessary to identify the users' systems, understand the configuration of the products, diagnose questions, and provide solutions.
- Contact Information: If we are contacted, we may keep a record of all correspondence or comments, including Personally Identifiable Information. This information may be used to help provide future service to those contacting our company.

We do not sell, trade, or rent to others the Personally Identifiable Information we collect online.
